Welcome to the World of rare coins
|
I can provide you with a long list of what determines a coin’s value, but the most important factors that investors should look at is: Grade, Mintage figure, beauty of design and perhaps the most important, is the history attached to a specific coin e.g. important person or historical occurrence. For example: The Mandela R5 (2000) grades in Proof (69), the highest graded Mandela coin that sold for a staggering R100 000 in 2006. That’s a percentage growth of 1,9million percent in just 6 years!
The reason why these coins fare so well is simple. Mr Nelson Mandela, our former president is the most famous political figure and are respected and loved worldwide. He endured terrible hardships and fought many struggles in the years leading up to his presidential status. He is a living legend in his own making and perhaps the most prominent individual of all times.
I strongly advise my clients to purchase a few Mandela coins as part of their coin investment portfolio as these coins will certainly increase substantially in value in the years to come. The lower grades are much more affordable. Our prices are significantly lower than most other coin companies.
Rare coins can never again be minted. They were the currency of the day and only become more rare en scarce as time passes. All royalty and high profile individuals own a rare coin collection. Our clients include prominent people in society, locally and abroad.
Empire Coin Trading cc prides ourselves on the fact that we build personal yet professional relationships with our clients, based on mutual trust.
I trust that you will find the above and attached information informative and interesting and hope to set up an appointment to tell you more about this profitable and passionate market.
Kind regards,
